Message from the General Co-Chair

The School of Computer Engineering (SCE), which organized this conference, is one of the five engineering schools in the College of Engineering at Nanyang Technological University. The other schools are the School of Civil and Environment Engineering, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the School of Materials Engineering, and the School of Mechanical and Production Engineering. One of the world's largest engineering colleges with 14,000 students and 1,600 staff, the College of Engineering aims to promote greater synergy in cross-disciplinary teaching and research by building a common platform that draws on the key strengths of each school.
